Behaviour Support
At Surecare our practitioners follow a personalised approach and draft strategies as per the condition of the participant and hence, implement the same to minimise the impact of such behaviours.
Our expert practitioners make sure that they can minimise the usage of any sort of restrictive practices with their strategic approach.
Assist – Transport
At Surecare, we transport participants in our own wheelchair accessible vans and cars with better comfort. At Surecare transport enables participants to access the community for all their needs including:
- Doctor’s appointments
- Recreational activities
- Educational activities
- Vocational purposes
- Capacity building
- Courses, classes and shopping
- Work or any activity that supports participant to achieve their NDIS goal and capacity building
Assist – Personal Activities
Surecare assists participants with personal activities such as:
- Supporting, supervising personal daily tasks.
- Support Participants to live as independently as possible.
- Supports Participants with activities of daily living such as showering and toileting and dressing.
- Supports with household tasks including cleaning, cooking and shopping.
Specialised Disability Accommodation
Specialist disability accommodation aims at providing homes for people with special needs and requirements. Such type of accommodations includes a free-standing house or a single apartment which are developed in such a way that they cater to the needs and requirements of those with special needs.
This special housing solution provided by us is certainly safe and has the option of renting it. We ensure that specialised disability accommodation is designed in the right manner to meet the requirements of those with special needsCommunity Nursing
Surecare will support you and work with you and your family to help prevent disease, maintain health, and treat any existing health problems with our experienced nurses.
Our nursing team aims to support and maintain participant’s independence, safety, and a healthy lifestyle, at the same time aiding carers who may want to go on holiday.
Surecare Nursing and Disability Agency can provide services in:
- After Hospital stay care
- Complex Bowel care
- Enteral (Naso-Gastric tube-jejunum or Duodenum) Feeding and Management
- Tracheostomy Management
- Urinary Catheter Management (in-dwelling catheter, in-out catheter, suprapubic catheter)

- Subcutaneous injections

- General nursing care, including assistance with chronic conditions.

Support Coordination
We offer support coordination to help you understand your NDIS plans and make you aware of the support which is beneficial for you.
Our Support Coordinator is well-versed with NDIS plans and policies and hence are aware of the right way to implement the funded support services thereby linking you to the community and making the most of the available help. Thus improve the quality of life for participants and loved ones.
Community Participation
Surecare offers and supports the participant to access the community for social and recreational activities as a group or individually. Surecare can also support Participants attend a centre-based program to develop skills that will help the participants to build their capacity.
Surecare support services include:
- Leisure and recreational activities.
- Life skills developments like shopping, payment of bills, attending appointments going to work.
- Supported holidays.
- Personal interest activities such as cooking, beauty, makeup and volunteering.
Daily Tasks/Shared Living
We supervise your day-to-day tasks while you live in a shared environment. Our focus is on developing those set of skills in which you might be lacking because of the absence of proper care and skill development.
Shared living certainly contributes to connecting you with the individuals around you and hence, makes learning easier. This environment can be for short or long term but is productive.
Supported Independent Living
Supported Independent Living (SIL) supports our participants with the supervision of daily tasks to develop the skills to live as independently as possible. Surecare supported independent living can be in our shared group homes or individual arrangement. Surecare supported independent living lets you spend more time on the things you love to do. Surecare supports participants in maintaining their independence and personal space within our social environment designed so that the participant can connect and engage as much as they wish and when they want.
Depending on their strengths and interests, Surecare participants can take part in a range of flexible and adaptable programs, recreation, and social activities. Surecare works with our participants to understand what is important to them, what they are interested in, and what they would like to achieve. Surecare works together with participants to design a personalised plan to make sure that Surecare services are meeting your needs.
High Intensity Personal Activities
Apart from the usual personal activities, we also aid the performance of high-intensity personal activities as a part of our service. Our team is well-equipped with the skills and experience, making sure that you’d receive assistance in the right manner.
The assistance in high-intensity personal activities can be given in any suitable environment, in person, with a personalised approach.
